Software for people at the same table.

Interval7 is a small, independent software company. Our first product is TableFog, a companion app for tabletop games played in person.

A hand-drawn map of a tavern called the Gilded Tankard, partly hidden under fog. The Gilded Tankard front door the bar innkeeper kitchen stairs down locked cellar She flinches whenever it rains. Nobody has asked her why.

The game master fogged this map. Move over it with a lantern, or roll to search.

TableFog

TableFog is one website the whole table opens during a tabletop RPG session. The game master runs it on a laptop. Everyone else joins from their phone, between bites.

It replaces the tabs, scribbled paper and group chats a game master juggles, and it keeps secrets the way a good game master does: with a straight face.

  • A wiki with fog of war

Every location, villain and suspicious innkeeper gets a page. The game master decides who reads what. Fogged text never reaches a player's phone, so no amount of squinting helps.

  • Dice the game master can see

Roll in the app or type in your real dice. Either way, the game master knows. Initiative sorts itself.

  • Sheets, notes and whispers

Everything one table needs, and the whole campaign exports whenever the game master likes, in case the dragon wins.

About us

Interval7 is a small, independent software company. We build tools for people who are together in person, and we try to keep them out of the way so you can look at each other instead of your screens.

Right now, that means TableFog.
